It all starts with sourcing green coffee beans from reputable importers who prioritize sustainability, traceability, and ethical farming practices.  Once we receive our green beans, they are test roasted and cupped for quality. Our CEO, Gary, is also our lead roaster. He develops single-origin and blended roasts that highlight the best of the beans' characteristics.  Our Bellwether roaster is the world's first all-electric, zero-emissions roaster. Its patented electric and ventless design reduces the carbon footprint from roasting by 87%.  It supports our mission for cleaner, greener coffee and sustainable practices in the industry.  Our beans are available whole or ground and every batch is prepared to-order to maximize freshness.
